Felt Hot And Red In Back, Chest, Neck And Heart Was Racing. Suggestion?

my skin on my: face, neck , back, chest , & all around my knees got real hot felt like I was on fire, I looked in the mirror my skin was real red in all these areas, this is the 2 time this has happen this month, I am 60 years old and really concerned, it felt like I was on fire and my heart was racing, it lasted for about an hour maybe less. please help me!!!

We understand your concerns

feeling hot on body joints and back area and face usually happens when the room temperature varies. People don't accept it as normal one starts becoming anxious. When they fear that happening the heart starts racing and sweat comes out. Sometimes it is possible that they lose sensation of reality when they fear. I hope that is what happened.
Skin of face area might go a bit red in these circumstances. Other symptoms might be due to delusions. Don't worry. Forget the episode.
