Female In Forties, Had Period After Many Years. Ultrasound Shows Heart Shaped Uterus. Serious?
Hello, I am 49 years old and hade a period after 10 years, mostly alot of clotting. I had an ultrasound which showed my uterus was between 13-14 mm. I was then scheduled for a hysteroscopy which showed that I had a heart shaped uterus. They also took samples to be tested which I do not have the results back yet. What are my options going forward?

Bleeding in menopausal age group needs to be evaluated.
It could be due to:
Endometrial polyp
Endometrial atrophy
Endometrial hyperplasia
Malignant lesion
Abnormal bleeding disorder
As they have already taken sample from endometrium for examination, follow report.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.
