Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic!!
Pain in the lymphnodes are common with throat infections. Since there is a connection between your throat and your ears through a tube called eustachian tube, ear pain is also quite common, since ear and jaw are next to each other jaw pain is also common. Everything u have is related to your throat pain. Try lozenges and gargle with Betadine granules. Seek ENT help if it worsens

Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
You have Chronic Tonsillitis and Parapharyngeal abscess. You need antibiotics for this. Get yourself evaluated further by a ENT Specialist. If you have tonsillitis attacks for more than three times in a year, you need to get them removed by getting a Tonsillectomy. Good Luck.

Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
There are few things which you mentioned like smoking, obese, post nasal drip feeling, throat pain, etc all these going in favour of a condition called Laryngo-pharyngeal reflux. This condition is secondary to acid reflux from the stomach into the throat causing you all these problems. Drink plenty of warm water, avoid smoking and also you need to consult a good ENT/gaestroenterologist.
Take care

Cancer is extremely rare at your age. Infection is the most likely cause. You should also rule out thyroid problems and sleep apnea.
