my sister has got here pregnancy after 2 year she has gone for d c after 4 month of marriage now here doctor is saying here that the organs baby is not growing properly. can you guide me in this matter

Hi.. Fetal growth retardation can occur due to multiple causes.. It's a condition where the growth has to be monitored closely by repeated scans.. The condition can lead to potentially dangerous complication..  Follow with her doctors and preterm delivery may be needed whenever feasible..
