Fever, Shivering, Nausea, Headaches, Migraines, Loss Of Appetite. Is This Due To Temperature Fluctuations?

I was out doors yesterday afternoon in very humid weather, sweat profusely, rubbed down with ice cubes and water, began to feel weak with heartburn, elected to go home when the chills began. Took my temperature (digital 103*) began wiping down with cool cloth and consuming water fever continued intil 1:00 am, then temp went down to 96* then up to 100* now back down to 95.2* Does heat stroke cause such fluxuations in body temperature? Also have no appetite. I have MS and daily nausea, headaches - migraines so would not have noticed these effects. Continued chills with loss of appetite made me think (feed a cold, starve a fever and I'd better take my temperature).
