Fever, Clogged Sinus, Taking Paracetamol And Ibuprofen, Should Take Antibiotic

i have 102F temperature and clogged sinuses. temperature rose today but the congestion started yesterday. should i start a course of antibiotics? or is paracetamol or ibuprofen enough? Will a combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol help?

tk amoxycillin+ clav for 5days. tk otrivin nose drop 3dps thrice daily. sinarest lp tab thrice daily. steam inhalation will help
