Fever Followed By Swelling Nodes Behind Ears, Weightloss. Ideas?

i am mariam from Pakistan but i am v v v much worried for my sister she is 23 years old last month 1 night she is suffering from fever ln the very next day we saw her swelling on the behind of her ear firstly the swollen nodes is 1 but now it is 7, yesterday doctors had take her biobsy test .she lost her weight,n of and on having a fever kingly help me please hoping to receive a favorable consideration.
