Fever, Headaches, Hyperthyroidism. Taking Levythyroxine. Cure For Symptoms?

i have had a fever for the last 3 to 4 days it is now at 39.2 c. should i worry or just continue to take paracetamol and plenty of water..i also have an awful headache although this doesn,.t bother me as i,m used to migraines. i am 45 yrs old and pre menopausal too. and also suffer with hyperthyroidism . i take 200 mcg of levythyroxine for this

hello..
as u said u have this fever since 3 days .. u should even take antibiotics and moreover get your blood tests done for any malaria typhoid or so..
so take antibiotics and if not reduced go for blood tess too..
