Fever, Pale Skin, Dark Circles Under Eyes. History Of Kidney Inflammation. Causes For Symptoms?
Hi there, I Have been getting fever like symptoms accompanied by paleness and dark circles under eyes. the fever like symptoms come in waves, I usually feel astonishingly fine after 20 minutes to an hour. I have had a history of kidney inflamation and increased creatinine levels but I don t oknow if they are related. I also wake up with a puffy face and it lasts more than 3 hours, I always look like I m straight out of bed. what could I possibly have?
Hello,
I will suggest that a kidney function test ( serum urea, creatinine, BUN ), urinalysis, kidney ultrasound, 24 hours proteinuria and serum albumin dosages should be done in order to identify any possibility of a kidney diseases ( could be kidney failure, kidney infection, nephritic/nephrotic syndrome etc). For a more detailed investigation a liver function test, and complete blood count could be included to identify the possible causes of the dark circles under the eyes.
So from this point, i'll simply suggest you see an internist (internal medicine specialist of this kind of affections) to further assist you on the diagnosis and proper management.
Hope this helps
