Fever, Uric Acid Levels Abnormal, Sinus And Ear Infection. What Is The Meaning Of This?

Hi Dr. My niece has been having fever off and on in a few months period and my sister tookher in to see her pediatrician, he had blood work done so far her sed rate and uric acid levels are slightly elevated not to mention she does have an ear and sinus infection. what would cause her sed rate and uric acid to be elevated? she has no symptoms of gout.

Don`t worry about GOUT. she needs to under go RA factor analysis and throat swab. urine microscopy also has to be done. With slight evevated levels we may not be able to conclude
