Fever, Urine Infection. Positive Urine Culture, No Growth. Treatment For Symptoms?
Hi, I have a 17 months girl, I take her to the doc because she was on fever for 2 day, the doctor order her a urine culture the first result was positive, so they prescribe her an antibiotic sur start that on Tuesday and the feverr stop on Thursday and friday, but the fever start again on Saturday untill now monday so I call the doctor and she said that the order test that they make after in the urine culture showed no growth, now I m so confused.. what can be??

simple UTI ...in the young UTI so common ... take ciprox 500 mg 1-0-1 for 5 days and metrodanozol 1-0-1 and neurobin fort 0-1-0 for 10 days
