Fever,cough,left Side Chest Pain,lower Back Pain,flu.

Hello, i have leftside chest pain , lower back pain on both sides, fever, and coughing... and that fever cant stop, it only goes back to normal when i sleep, and when i wake up it comes back in like 30 minutes.No medications can help.I had Flu 6 days 7 days ago, and it lasted 5 days, i was feling great 1 day, but then this all happened...

Heart and lung diseases..,
Continuous fever means...infection is inside..
So evaluate the case..and give treatment accordingly..,
