Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist Dr. Naveen Kumar Nanjasetty's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Aphthous ulcers (canker sore) are usually benign, but, they cause lot of pain. The lining of the cheek is nothing but the cheek bite caused because of the approximation of both the jaw. Drink plenty of warm water, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, you can apply glycerine over the canker sore and take some vitamin B-complex. If the ulcers does not heal within few days please consult your physician.
Take care

Regards
Dr. Naveen Kumar
