First Period After An Ovarian Cyst And Right Ovary Removal, Cramping
I am having my first period after an ovarian cyst and right ovary removal . I have severe cramping on my right side which did not exist before. Should I be concerned?

The severe cramping that you are having on the right side could be due to scarring on that side. You can self monitor for the pain to subside with over the counter anti spasmodic.
