Flank Pain Due To High Blood Pressure. Taken Antiinflammatory Drugs. Dizziness, Shoulder Fatigue

I have been having left flank pain for a while, i consulted my doctor and she found out that my blood pressure was elevated. she gave me anti-inflamatory drugs for the pain and asked me to come back a week later for the BP check. it was still high and she took blood to check for any problems with the kidney or liver and there were no problems with that. a week later the blood pressure was still high and i started on treatment but the flank pain continues.
