Flu Like Symptoms. Have Iron Deficiency. Difficulty In Concentration, Heaviness In Head. Advice?
I have hay fever flu type symptoms also I feel like I haven't enough oxygen in my body , I have had iron deficiency before but this is like I am sniffing all the time my head feels thick and I can't think or concentrate my eyes run tears but I don't have a cold I have tried hay fever remedies and nothing, I had yuppie flu over 20 years ago could this be a mild bout of that I feel awful

1. Antihistamine preparations like Allegra can be taken for symptomatic relief. 2. Montelukast preparations- used as a maintenance therapy to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies. 3.
