Fluctuating BP, Have Nausea And Dizziness, Lead A Healthy Lifestyle, On Amlodipine And Statin. What Could Be The Cause?

I have been taking amlodipine and statins for years - was overweight , little exercise etc. I have completely changed my lifestyle and have lost weight ( BMI 25 and falling), eating all the right foods in the right quantity and doing lots of exercise. My BP used to stay at about 135/75 but has suddenly started fluctuating up to 180/90, feel nauseous and dizzy. Have seen a report that amlodipine can cause fluctuations - wondering if this could be my problem, or something else?
