welcome to HCM.Free fluid is found the Pid in small amounts during mid cycle-around ovulation,just before menstaruation.If the fluid is more than minimal,has debris/solid particulates,unrelated to ovulation it may be attributed to pelvic infection.What are your symptoms at present? pelvic pain? unusual bleeding? Please elaborate.
