Fluid In Area Between Scrotum And Anus. History Of Similar Spot Oozing Milky Fluid From Tiny Opening. Opinion?

Hello doctor I have a area between my scrotum and anus that seems to have fluid in it. It's not red or tender to the touch , and it appears to be about half the diameter of a pencil and about a inch in a half long. It is defiantly fluid filled sees as of I squeeze on end the fluid goes to the other, and or I can trap the fluid ok one side. I have previously had a similar spot there in witch when I squeezed it a puss like milky fluid came out of a very tiny opening further up the scrotum. It doesn't bother me except I know it's there and chafing when I walk

Hi
It could be sebaceous cyst.It contains paste like material which shifts when pressed.
It occur in hairy areas.
As it is not red or tender, there is no infection.
Please consult a surgeon and get correct diagnosis.
If sebaceous cyst is confirmed, get it excised.
