Fluid In Ears, Headache, Dark Red Mucus While Sniffing Hard. Treatment?

I had fluid build up in my ears for about 4 weeks which has finally gone. However, my sinuses have been terribly clogged for a couple of weeks now. I'm taking sinutab which gives me relief, but when I wake in the morning I have a terrible headache and I'm stuffed up completely. Also when I sniff hard, and spit out, sometimes there is a dark red mucus glob that comes out. What should I do? Thanks, Phil
