Fluid In Nose While Blowing, Yellowish Gel Like Substance, Discomfort In Throat And Back. Anything Serious?

yes Hello, my name is veronica, and I was wondering about some fluid/liquid releasing out of my nose, only when i blow, and when i cough up, although its not making me cough, nor is my nose wet or running at all, it is yellowish gel like substance on the tissue. this is the second time this came out of my body. the first was about one week or two ago. Previously, three days prior to the incident, i have been feeling heavy discomfort in my throat, as if someone was squeezing it, and this horrible discomfort in the middle of my back. I would like to know of any of these symptoms are serious?
