Fluid Leaking From Penis, Looks Like Precum, Difficulty In Strong Erection. Recommendations?
hello, for 5 years i've had a severe problem with fluid leaking from my penis. The fluid looks like precum, however it is discharged in large amounts. It seems like this leakage prohibits me from having a strong erection. And when the semi-erection does completely subside, a LARGE amount of this fluid emits from my penis. I know this is not normal.
I understand your concerns. Fluid laking from penis that looks like precum is probably a urinary tract infection (UTI). The UTI can be treated easily with antibiotics, most commonly used are ofloxacin and ornidazole in my practice. I also believe that you might need to have a STI profile done to rule out any sexually transmitted infections. I also believe that if you are having difficulty in achieving erections like before despite treatment for the UTI you might need to visit with a qualified psychiatrist to know what the reason for the same might be after a thorough history and physical examination as well as laboratory testing and getting the right prescriptions to correct this condition. I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
