Fluttering And Vibrating Sensation In Chest

Often, after taking a nap I will wake up and feel my whole torso flutter or vibrate.it is more concentrated right under my heart .sorta where my abdominal aorta is located. Sometimes, I can feel the vibration even in my hands and neck. It only lasts for about 10-40 seconds. I m not a smoker and I ve had EKG s in the past (as most recently as 1 year ago), always comes out normal. Can someone point me in the right direction or offer some advice?

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good day
If you are a thin individual it could be the normal aorta pulsation during sleep especially after a meal which is causing the vibration along with each heartbeat. If there is any tremors, it is best you visit a Neurologist.
