Fogginess In Head, Shakiness, Headache, Floating Feeling In Head, Tender Spots On Skull

I'm 53, female. For 5 1/2 weeks I've dealt with fogginess in my head, slight shakiness, and as the day goes on it gets worse. Usually OK in the morning, but I get a floaty feeling in my head plus later a headache. There are spots on my skull that get tender as the evening progresses. When I touch them lightly, they send a dizzy sensation (floating feeling through my head).

I can understand your problem but it is not matter of worry for sure and this will go away and you are the only person could do this my job here is just to guide you and I am here to help you first you need to do is, bring back your confidence, keep your moral value high, start thinking positively, it is not at all any thing wring with you as you are thinking, stop it and try to think that it is every thing okay and nothing went wrong with me, you will get alright soon have nice day.
