Follicles In Ovary Revealed In A Scan After Myomectomy. Will I Be Able To Conceive Naturally?

I had a myomectomy on february26th, on feb 6th i had a scan which revealed that i had 6 follicles in each ovary. After the myomectomy i was put on contraceptive pills.I had a scan this month which revealed that i had 4 and 3 follicles in my ovary. Do these follicles reduce without ouvluation.? My amh is 1.64 I am taking ovigyn-d thrice a day. Do people conceive naturally with low ovarian reserves.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

The development of follicles in ovary occur due to the hormonal imbalance.
By taking contraceptive pills the imbalance can be corrected.
And that can help in regression of follicles.
The chances of pregnancy is somewhat less with low ovarian reserve.
But with hormonal replacement and infertility treatment, possibility of pregnancy is still there.
