Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

1.left ovary shown 6mm n right as 3mm

It means size of dominant follicle in left and right ovary. Left ovary contains bigger follicle than right ovary.

2.my 16th day, report shown as egg not seen in left ovary n ruptured n fluid seen in POD..endometrium was 10mm,

It means egg is expelled out from left ovary and so it is not seen in left ovary.
There is some fluid collection in pouch of Douglas with ovulation.so it is seen in USG and it is normal.
Endometrium thickening varies with the stage of cycle and at present it is 10 mm and it is also normal.

Yes, egg is usually alive at this stage of cycle and it is considered as most fertile period.
Egg is probably be in fallopian tube after expulsion at this stage.

Take Care
