Folliculitis Near Penis, Forehead. No Help From Doxycycline And Bactroban Cream. Could This Be Due To High Body Building Diet?

Hi, i am 38 y.o. Asian, male. I developed a handful folliculitis, about ten, in my pubic area towards the shaft of my penis, it started 2 months ago. I consulted a dermatologist and I was given doxycycline and bactroban cream. One month now of treatment but they did not disappear. I developed in my forehead too. I suspect my lifestyle, body-building diet, and supplement like creatine, glutamine, arginine, whey, amino acids, high protein food, such as eggs, milk, and meats.
