Followed Strict Diet Restrictions During Jaundice Treatment. Can I Start Oily Foods Now?
hi doctor, I am victor,27 yr old.My height is 6 ft and my weight is 63 kg.Its nearly one and a half month since i was treated for the joindice( ayurvedic ).After a month, report showed that the bilirubin is normal.I have observed a strict diet . Now may i know if can eat some kind of fish,little ghee,tomatoe,salt, nuts like badam,cashew,biscuits,coconut,tarmaric and milk items since this also contains ghee/fat.

We follow strict diet during jaundice treatment because we don't want to pressurize liver. As you know liver is affected by jaundice. Also oily and spicy diet tests liver. Simple diet is easy to digest.
You can start using spicy and oily food increasing them step by step. Don't take enormous amount at a time.
