Following A Cataract Surgery, What Could Cause Pressure In The Left Eyes Which Increases Under Strain?

I had cataract surgery on both eyes three months ago. Vision is 20/20 in both eyes but a feeling of pressure in my left eye. Could this be caused my sinus problems?
The feeling of pressure is only in my left eye and
it gets worse with strenuous activity and feels like my eye will fall out when I do forward folds during yoga.
