Food Getting Stuck In Roof Of Mouth

ENT- soft pallet problems, food getting stuck in roof of mouth, under the nose I have 2 slits, which are holes in the soft pallet; in the roof of my mouth, that food gets stuck in. This is not normal, right?

Hi
r u sure u have holes in soft palate or r u mistaking the tonsillar fossa which r like slits on two sides of soft palate n sometimes food does get stuck in it but not usually.but they r not seen like holes so if u if ucan see holes consult an ENTsurgeon for treatment
