You can take food supplements in a more natural way;that is instead of powders ,capsules and all, you can take it in the form of fresh fruits/juices,salads,coconut water etc. In non veg. egg white,chicken soup can be tried.

Indian method of cooking and serving is a healthier way. These are some tips.

1) Add curry leaves,corriander while making Dal.
2) Always add some home made ghee while eating Dal Rice.It helps to digest proteins.
3) Salads in the meals are compulsary.
4) Drink buttermilk after the meals or once a day.

I'll suggest to take 1tsf Shatawari Kalp(Ayurvedic preparation) with warm milk and 1Tsf Chyavan Prash daily. Along with reducing body heat it will act as food supplement. It rejuvinates body.
A good diet & proper exercise will lesson your problems.

4. avoid hot,spicy,oily fried foods, tea,coffee,alcohol, and excess salt in diet.
5. Barley water,coconut juice, watermelon,Vitamin C and B rich diet is effective in dissipating body heat.
6. Kamdudha ras 250mg with Chandan assav and Ushir assav is effective in controlling the symptoms.
