For Over A Year I Have Felt Nauseous 90% Of

For over a year I have felt nauseous 90% of the time. I only vomit about 10% of the time. I have heartburn most of the time. I feel kind of like I am full from my throat to my bottom. Lately I have been extremely itchy. I have type 2 diabetes and have been in hospital twice in 6 years for diabetic ketoacidosis. Went to E.R. last October cause I could not stop throwing up. They gave me anti-nausea medication. Had a UTI and took antibiotics. Did not stop symptoms. Went to allergist to be tested for food allergies. Waiting for results. Any idea what symptoms could relate to and what type of doctor I should see?
