For The Past Few Days I Have Been Having Extreme

For the past few days I have been having extreme sensation of "itching, restlessness and creepy crawley" feeling inside my body. Like under my skin. On the outside of my skin, I have been breaking out in a rash around my face. I do have asthma and allergies to cats, shrimp and lobster. I do have two cats, which I am trying to find a home for. But this annoying sensation inside of my body, it's hard for me to tolerate. What could it be? Am I having internal allergic reaction to something?
