For Three Months I Have Been Getting These Severe Pains

For three months I have been getting these severe pains in my abdominal. It started on the right when I was just walking through a store. I have been to ER's and one said I may have to have my gall bladder removed. The other one said they think I have an ulcer or a hole in my stomach. But I do not have any heart burn or acid reflux or anything. It went away for three days and came back about three days ago. It severely hurts on my right side and a little on my left. And feels like it radiates to or from my back also. I am a diabetic and have had two back surgeries. But this doesn't feel like anything is wrong with my spine. I am on disability, so I do not do anything really physical. I went and seen a surgeon and he said it was something that causes pain in the lower part of my rib cage. I also have high blood pressure and have fibromyaliga. I have nerve pain in my left leg from my back. But I do not know what is causing this. It feels like someone is stabbing me. And also makes me nauseated and sick to my stomach and makes me feel like I have to vomit. I can't hardly eat or sleep.
