Foreskin Not Completely Uncovering From Dorsal Side, Attached To Thin Nexus Skin Leading To Hypersensitivity And Early Fall. Operation Needed?

hello sir ,
i m 24 years old ,my problem is related to glans penis foreskin as it doesn't completely uncovered from dorsal side
during sex or masturbation being attached to a thin nexus skin which prevent it to uncover completely ,also
resulting in hypersensitivity that lead to early fall.
pl z suggest me the solution ,either i should operate for complete uncovering or any thing else...

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a band of adhesion between frenulum and glans penis which prevents covering of glans penis completely.
However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified general surgeon or urologist.

You may need to undergo either excision of this band or circumcision under local anaesthesia that will decided by him and depends on final diagnosis.

It is a day care surgery done as a out patient procedure and helps to resolve the problem permanently.
