Foreskin Swelling And Itching, Occasional Cuts On Foreskin And Penile Head. Done VRDL, Sugar, Urine And Stool Test. Help?

My penis foreskin gets swelled and itching to much. Also some time cuts (like wound) seen on foreskin and head of penis. Foreskin rumpled or shrinks in size as remain free in normal time. Several time it itching badly and after itching it swells. I gone through VDRL , Sugar, Urine, stool and other tests all test were normal.

This is typical of infection of the foreskin and the head OF PENIS.
Needs local / oral antibiotics and if no resolution, may need circumcision.
