General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
She is having chronic rhinitis leading to congestion and some infection on nasal mucosa.
She might have chronic sinusitis of maxillary or frontal ,which due to infection may cause foul smell from nose.
So due to these reasons she might have foul smelling from her nose.
Consult ENT specialist.
Ok and bye.
