hy im XXXXXX i got some problem.i.e my urine smells very peculiar when my date of menustration comes closer.and also it burns whn i urinate.white discharge also occurs most frequently.and i observe always some yellowish spots in my panties.can i know why and can it harm my married life or whn i keen to conceive.i m of 23 age.i suffered frm jaundice in the age of 20

good evening to you...you seem to be getting urinary tract infection and vaginal discharge...i would advise you to get your early morning mid stream sample of urine tested for infection....drink plenty of water...take urine alkaliniser twice a day....if there is an urine infection in your report then you will have to also take oral antibiotic course for the same.... for your vaginal discharge,if possible get your vaginal swab tested for any fungal or trichomonal infection...take a single dose of tablet flucanazole 150 mg and 2 gm of tablet secnidazole.... dont worry, you wont have any problems in conceiving.....
