Found Tissue Floating In Urine, Discomfort During Urination, Occasionally Inconsistent Flow. Cause?

Hi, I have jus noticed some tissue floating in my urine , also I have had some discomfort but not actual pain when urinating both in my penis and abdomen and the flow is sometimes inconsistent. Im working in Lagos, Nigeria and the doctor here hasnt found anything wrong but all i have had is a urine test. I am a 33 year old male.
