Frequent Episodes Of Ceased Heart Beat, Skipped Beat With The Feeling Of Wind Going Out Of The Body Triggering Cough, Feeling Of Stopped Pulse. What Could It Be?

I have sevral occurance where my heart seems to stop or skip a beat and it sucks the wind right out of me causing me to cough . It used to happen rarely a few years ago but not comes and goes a couple times a month. I can actually feel my pulse stop.
