Frequent Headaches, Nausea Since Conceived. Diagnosed With SVT Taking Metoprolol. Is This Normal?

I am 12 weeks pregnant (5th pregnancy, hopefully 3rd child). Since getting pregnant, I have increasingly felt weaker and more shaky and lightheaded. I've started having frequent headaches (normal BP) and my heart is frequently racing (I have SVT, treating it with metoprolol 50 mg)

I'm experiencing strong food aversions but it seems like no matter what I eat or how much, I still feel terrible, usually with nausea added to my problems! I don't know what is wrong with me. I'm on the verge of tears.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is nothing but the morning sickness which is common after prime para, you can try any antihistamine along with vitamin B12 eat meal in small quantity and divide it in two to three part, no need to worry will go away soon, if does not go away then need to be seen by OBG doc have nice day.
