Frequent Itchiness Inside Chest, Lower Portion Of Esophagus, Eases With Antihistamines And Inhaler. Any Ideas?

Hi, the inside of my chest, seemingly in the lung , and the lower potion of my esophagus is itchy more frequently than not. It has become increasingly worse, I don t know if it s from the extreme cold or if it s an unknown allergy . This has occurred for the past month and I have no definite idea why. Taking antihistamines have helped along with an inhaler .
