Frequent Menstruation, Swelling In The Feet And Hands, Double Vision, Pain In The Mornings And Headaches. What Is The Remedy?

Recently I have been having several health issues and went to my general physician he ran an EKG and blood work and all came back normal. I am still having all these symptoms and would like to have a second opinion. In January I started having two periods a month, which i contributed to ovulation bleeding the first month, but now after it happening for 5 months its more of a period. I bleed really light for a week then off a week and then bleed for another 7-10 days of a heavy period. This month however I just bled for 21/2 weeks. The other symptoms are around this time as well my feet started swelling and hurt when i stood up in the morning. I have been having headaches on almost a daily basis, a little bit of a fluctuation in my temper as far as getting mad easier, and my speech has been off (as in a say words when i'm thinking others). Now the most recent thing going on is the palms of my hands and feet are warm , which is weird cause i've always had really cold feet and hands. My hands also feel like they are swelling a little bit.
To give you a little back ground on me I am a 28 year old female. I am 5'11 at 204lbs.I am a smoker , smoking 5-10 a day. I have had two c sections. I was told by my neurologist, after having double vision and headaches 8 months after my first c section, that i had border line pseudo tumors and had a spinal tap to relieve the pressure. Other than this I've never had any major health concerns.
