Frequent Nose Bleeds. Blood Pressure Taken, Irregular Heart Beat Detected. Causes And Cure?

my 12 year old son suffers from frequent nose bleeds for a couple of years now .He got one today so i decided to take his blood pressure about 10 minutes after it stopped and his blood pressure was 148 /84 and pulse was 88 and moniter said an irregular heatbeat was detected . he weighs 150 and is 5 foot 4 what could be causes this and what should i do

Hi,
The bleed may be due to elevated blood pressure.
For workup he should have Blood CP and PT ( Prothrombin time) and INR with serum levels of calcium.
Nose bleed may be due to some bleeding disorders.

If PT and INR is abnormal then proper workup should be done for the cause of abnormality.
