Frequent Peeing And Quick Ejaculation. What To Do?

I naturally drink a lot of water without having to pee frequently, but when I drink beer I must pee for every glass. Suddenly I started peeing to quickly on water too, and I noticed that when it starts I ejaculate quickly too, sometimes wanting to pee while having sex. Sometimes I may want to pee seconds after peeing, at times it comes out in little drops and I will still want to go. The frequent peeing and quick ejaculation may go on for a month or two then stops for a while, then starts suddenly... Do I need help?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,urine RE/ME, ultrasound of abdomen.
Micturition normally increases after drinking beer. It is normal. Don't worry about this.
Quick ejaculation may be due to psychological causes. You should concentrate more on foreplay. There are also maneuvers for early ejaculation like holding of penis at corona sulcus. It is useful method and you can practice this.
