The recurrent sore throat and lymph nodes may be related to each other.
For your sore throat you need to take salt water gargles twice to thrice aday.
If there is pain too then take a pain killer whenever you have pain.
If still the pain does not get relieved then you need to take a course of antibiotics.
Since, you are having a recurrent sore throat, it is advicable to get a throat swab done. The culture and sensitivity of the throat swab will let you know the right antibiotic to be taken.
The flaring up of psoriases is unrelated to lymph node enlargement.
You need to take appropriate medications from your GP.
Thanks and take care
