Hi, Welcome to HCM, From your history it seems that you might have chronic urinary infection resistant to routine antibiotics. Go for urine check up routine and culture sensitivity test to find out type of infection and bacteria sensitive to it. After report go for specific antibiotic for long period. As there is exposure to sex worker, even you had safe sex but there might be a chance of having STD. Now as three moths passed, go for STD test and rule out STD. Take plenty of water. Ok and bye.
