Your problem could be related to the urinary tract (a possible infection) or the gastrointestinal tract (infection or condition).
An infection is the most common cause for a delay in periods, and you could have the hormonal change experienced during a period, but the infection could be stopping it from occurring.
Of course, a pregnancy will have to be ruled out before assuming any other condition. I would thus advise a repeat home pregnancy test at least 2 weeks from the date of the suspected conception date, this time using and early morning urine sample which would yield the most accurate result. Repeat this every alternate day, 2-3 times to get a confirmed result.
Once (if) pregnancy is ruled out, please go about a urine and stool analysis and microscopy, this should help in ruling out/diagnosing any conditions of the urinary or gastrointestinal tract.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes.

hi.. thanks for using HCM.. you have missed the periods, and it is delayed for 1 month, and you took urine pregnancy test 3 weeks ago, repeat it with early morning sample and serum HCG levels are conclusive.. see your obstetrician in any case. all the very best.
Hi, It seems that you did pregnancy test too early, so we may not have any idea regarding pregnancy. Go for pregnancy test after 7-8 days passed of your expected date of period. Take early morning mid stream urine sample for test. Ok and take care.
