Frequent Urination, Excessive Thirst, Headaches, Feeling Of Passing Out On Standing, Occasional Nausea, Blurred Vision. Cause Of Symptoms?
Yes, I have been urinating frequently, drinking more usual, have had headaches , when I stand up I feel like I m going to pass out, I have had tunnel vision in the past week, occasional nausea , my boyfriend and family tells me I have been acting differently, not like myself, and I have had blurred vision . I have had these symptoms for 2 weeks now.

The symptoms you have described most probably are of Diabetes.I would suggest you to consult a physician,who will be able get your blood sugar done to rule out or confirm diabetes.You may also need urne examination as part of evaluation of your symptoms.
