Frequent Urination, Vaginal Infection. Urine Test Shows Pus Cells, Neutrophils. Treatment?

Hi, I Am a married woman of 25 yrs of age, my urine test results shows pus cells count is 3-4/hpf. so is it worrying....besides i am having frequent urination and vaginal infection also.In Haematology report, the results are : Haemoglobin:11.8 L RDW: 16.6 H Neutrophils:71H I am consulting doctor for the same but not satisfied.So i Would like to know more from your side regarding this disorder.

Hello
U have been diagnosed urinary tract infection
Treatment
Tab.norflox 400mg twice a day for 4days
Cap.omez 1cap once a day before break fast
Syp.alkasol2tsf 4times per day for 3days
Tab.paracetamol 500mg if fever persist
